Returning an item or order

If, for any reason you would like to return your order, SHOPMEN offer a no quibble, full refund on all unworn items, returned with packaging. Please return to:

However, if there has been an error on our part or the item returned is faulty, your postage will be refunded.
Pack your item(s), along with the paperwork and post them back to us.
On receipt of your returned item(s) a refund will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for your order. You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed.
Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear or hosiery unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.
NB. If items are found to be faulty after they have been worn, please ensure they are washed before returning.
